Vibration Analysis procedure
We send our trained analysts to your site with the best data collector, the Emerson 2140, to take readings from your assets. Our subsequent analysis helps you prevent and manage any machine faults, keeping your operation free from disruptions, and a loss in productivity.
Choosing to work with our LER engineers continuously allows us to help spot when there have been changes in vibration signals. This over time, allows businesses to spot potential problems and respond to them earlier, decreasing downtime and maintenance costs whilst boosting productivity.
Dragon vision software
Alongside vibration analysis, we also offer a motion tracking video service, where we analyse footage from our high-resolution camera with our Dragon Vision software to create a visualisation of vibrations in your machinery. Our software analyses the pixels in the footage and detects how they move over time. This, combined with the use of the Emerson 2140, helps our technicians to highlight any limitations and problem areas with your assets.
Although motion-tracking video services are most commonly used in pipework, we find that this service has strengths across a wide range of applications.
